Put your hope in God.

19 WHY ARE YOU DOWNCAST, O MY SOUL? WHY SO DISTURBED WITHIN ME? PUT YOUR HOPE IN GOD, FOR I WILL YET PRAISE HIM, MY SAVIOR AND MY GOD. PSALM 42:5 *NIV

Discouragement or depression strikes all of us once in a while. After all, depression is one of the most common emotional ailments.

One antidote for depression is to think about how much God Loves You and Blesses You as well. This will take your mind off the present situation and give you Hope, that with God’s Help, it will improve! For THE LORD IS GOOD TO THOSE WHOSE HOPE IS IN HIM, TO THE ONE WHO SEEKS HIM. For; THOSE WHO HOPE IN THE LORD WILL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH. THEY WILL RUN AND NOT GROW WEARY, THEY WILL WALK AND NOT BE FAINT. LAMENTATIONS 3:25 & ISAIAH 40:31

So PRAISE BE TO THE GOD AND FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST! IN HIS GREAT MERCY HE HAS GIVEN US NEW BIRTH INTO A LIVING HOPE THROUGH THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST FROM THE DEAD. 1 PETER 1:3

Now, MAY THE GOD OF HOPE FILL YOU WITH ALL JOY AND PEACE AS YOU TRUST IN HIM, SO THAT YOU MAY OVERFLOW WITH HOPE BY THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT! ROMANS 15:13 And kiss those blues good-bye forever! Amen!

Fear is the opposite of Faith.

22 BE STRONG AND OF GOOD COURAGE, DO NOT FEAR OR BE AFRAID OF THEM; FOR THE LORD YOUR GOD, HE IS THE ONE WHO GOES WITH YOU. HE WILL NOT LEAVE OR FORSAKE YOU. DEUTERONOMY 31:6 *NJKV

Those words were spoken by Moses to all the children of Israel.

The Prophet David wrote, IN GOD I HAVE PUT MY TRUST; I WILL NOT BE AFRAID. WHAT CAN MAN DO TO ME?” PSALM 56:11

Our Savior Jesus Christ said, AND LO, I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS, EVEN TO THE END OF THE AGE. MATTHEW 28:20

Those words are as true today as when they were spoken by Jesus, David and Moses! For our Heavenly Father is always with us, helping, guiding and protecting us as we walk the pathway of this life. With help like that why be fearful of the future or anything else?

Therefore as a child of God do not fear another person, place or thing! After all what is fear but the opposite of faith! So put all of your faith in God and you will be able to say, “I SOUGHT THE LORD, AND HE HEARD ME, AND DELIVERED ME FROM MY FEARS.” Amen. PSALM 34:4

Have a wonderful day, and may God Bless You!

Beloved, let us love one another!

27 FOR I AM PERSUADED THAT NEITHER DEATH NOR LIFE, NOR ANGELS NOR PRINCIPALITIES NOR POWERS, NOR THINGS PRESENT NOR THINGS TO COME, NOR HEIGHT NOR DEPTH, NOR ANY OTHER CREATURE, SHALL BE ABLE TO SEPARATE US FROM THE LOVE OF GOD WHICH IS IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD. ROMANS 8:38-39 *NKJV

God fills us with His love, and He wants us to share that great love with others. So, BELOVED, LET US LOVE ONE ANOTHER: FOR LOVE IS OF GOD; AND EVERYONE WHO LOVES IS BORN OF GOD AND KNOWS GOD. HE WHO DOES NOT LOVE DOES NOT KNOW GOD, FOR GOD IS LOVE. 1 JOHN 4:7-8

So why not show your love for others each and every day. After all, it’s written: YOU SHALL NOT TAKE VENGEANCE, NOR BEAR ANY GRUDGE AGAINST THE CHILDREN OF YOUR PEOPLE, BUT YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF: I AM THE LORD. LEVITICUS 19:18

Now you can do that by being a good friend, and lending a hand when someone is in need. It is also as simple as smiling and saying hello to every one you meet, and asking them how their day is going. Therefore let your love light shine brightly. Yes indeed, LET YOUR LIGHT SO SHINE BEFORE MEN, THAT THEY MAY SEE YOUR GOOD WORKS AND GLORIFY YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN. MATTHEW 5:16

Most important of all, remember what Jesus said, YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, WITH ALL YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH. ‘THIS IS THE FIRST COMMANDMENT.’ AND THE SECOND, LIKE IT, IS THIS: ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ THERE IS NO COMMANDMENT GREATER THAN THESE. For then when you do, God will fill you with the same amount of His Love in return! Amen. MARK 12:30-31

Have a wonderful day.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD; I SHALL NOT WANT.
And God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

Whether you turn to the right or the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” Isaiah 30:21

HE RESTORES MY SOUL. HE GUIDES ME IN THE PATH OF RIGHTEOUSNESS FOR HIS NAME’S SAKE.

YOU PREPARE A TABLE BEFORE ME IN THE PRESENCE OF MY ENEMIES. YOU ANOINT MY HEAD WITH OIL; MY CUP OVERFLOWS.

SURELY GOODNESS AND LOVE WILL FOLLOW ME ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE, AND I WILL DWELL IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD FOREVER.

Loving your enemies. Can you?

19 Jesus Christ said; “LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, DO GOOD TO THOSE WHO HATE YOU, BLESS THOSE WHO CURSE YOU, PRAY FOR THOSE WHO MISTREAT YOU.” Luke 6:27-28 *NIV

As you know it is written: LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF. [ MATTHEW 19:19 & LEVITICUS 19:18 ]. I would like to share with you this sent message. May it minister to you as it has to me. It is titled “The Dart Test”

The Dart Test
A young lady named Sally, relates an experience she had in a seminary class, given by her teacher, Dr Smith. She says that Dr Smith was known for his elaborate object lessons. Now one particular day, Sally walked into the seminary and knew they were in for a fun day.

On the wall was a big target and on a nearby table were many darts. Dr. Smith told the students to draw a picture of someone that they disliked, or someone who had made them angry, and he would allow them to throw darts at the person’s picture.

Sally’s friend drew a picture of who had stolen her boyfriend. Another friend drew a picture of his little brother. Sally drew a picture of a former friend, putting a great deal of detail into her drawing, even drawing pimples on the face. Sally was very pleased with the overall effect she had achieved.

The class lined up and began throwing darts. Some of the students threw their darts with such force that their targets were ripping apart. Sally looked forward to her turn, and was filled with disappointment when Dr. Smith, because of time limits, asked the students to return to their seats. As Sally sat thinking about how angry she was because she didn’t have a chance to throw any darts at her target. Dr. Smith began removing the target from the wall.

Underneath the target was a picture of Jesus. Needless to say a hush fell over the room as each student viewed the mangled picture of Jesus; holes and jagged marks covered His face and His eyes were pierced.

It was then that Dr. Smith said only these words… “I TELL YOU THE TRUTH, WHATEVER YOU DID FOR ONE OF THE LEAST OF THESE BROTHERS OF MINE, YOU DID TO ME.” MATTHEW 25:40 No other words were necessary; as tears filled eyes of the students, as they focused only on the mangled picture of Jesus Christ.
Author: Unknown.

So, always remember that whatever you do to them(your neighbors), you do to Him(Jesus Christ). Have a wonderful day.
