The Apostle Paul used adoption or "son ship" to illustrate to us, the believer's new relationship with God. For when a person becomes a Christian, he or she gains all the privileges and responsibilities of a Child in God's family.

One of these privileges is being lead by the Spirit. Now we may not always feel as though we belong to God, but the Holy Spirit is our witness! For His inward presence reminds us of who we are and encourages us with God's love. God's love for each one of us is tremendous indeed! For every child of His is very important to Him! So today I will share with you something that one of our Sister's sent to me last week. It speaks of God's Tremendous love for each of us.

If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.

He sends you flowers every spring.
He sends you a sunrise every morning.

Our Heavenly Father's love for us is tremendous for it even reaches out to the entire World! God's love is long for it covers us for length of our lives, and it is high for it reaches to the height of our celebrations. His love for us is deep for it reaches to the depths of our despair and discouragements.

God's love for us is always with us throughout all of our experiences in this life. Thank you Lord for healing me.

Thank you Lord for your divine healing.

I want to use this medium to express God's love towards me. I bless His holy name for His touch and His care towards me.

The Dart Test
A young lady named Sally, relates an experience she had in a seminary class, given by her teacher, Dr Smith. She says that Dr Smith was known for his elaborate object lessons. Now one particular day, Sally walked into the seminary and knew they were in for a fun day.

On the wall was a big target and on a nearby table were many darts. Dr. Smith told the students to draw a picture of someone that they disliked, or someone who had made them angry, and he would allow them to throw darts at the person's picture.

Sally's friend drew a picture of who had stolen her boyfriend. Another friend drew a picture of his little brother. Sally drew a picture of a former friend, putting a great deal of detail into her drawing, even drawing pimples on the face. Sally was very pleased with the overall effect she had achieved.

The class lined up and began throwing darts. Some of the students threw their darts with such force that their targets were ripping apart. Sally looked forward to her turn, and was filled with disappointment when Dr. Smith, because of time limits, asked the students to return to their seats. As Sally sat thinking about how angry she was because she didn't have a chance to throw any darts at her target. Dr. Smith began removing the target from the wall.

Underneath the target was a picture of Jesus. Needless to say a hush fell over the room as each student viewed the mangled picture of Jesus; holes and jagged marks covered His face and His eyes were pierced.

It was then that Dr. Smith said only these words... "I TELL YOU THE TRUTH, WHATEVER YOU DID FOR ONE OF THE LEAST OF THESE BROTHERS OF MINE, YOU DID TO ME." MATTHEW 25:40MATTHEW 25:40

Cell Phones vs The Bible

Cell Phone VS

I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phones.

What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?
What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?
What if we flipped through it several times a day?
What if we used it to receive messages from the text?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to kids as gifts?
What if we used it as we traveled?
What if we used it in case of an emergency?

This is something to make you go ...hmm...where is my Bible?
Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phone, we don't ever have to worry about our Bible being disconnected because the bill has already been paid by our Lord Jesus Christ.
I hope this makes you stop and think.. "Where are my priorities?" And remember: with HIM there are no dropped calls
