10 “BEFORE I FORMED YOU IN THE WOMB I KNEW YOU, BEFORE YOU WERE BORN I SET YOU APART.” JEREMIAH 1:5 *NIV

Do you ever feel far from God? Ever feel that He doesn’t know, or even care, that you exist? Well, God knows each one of us intimately! For just as He told the Prophet Jeremiah above, He also knew us and formed each one of us in the womb as well!

The PSALMIST knew this when he wrote, O LORD, YOU HAVE SEARCHED ME AND YOU KNOW ME. YOU KNOW WHEN I SIT AND WHEN I RISE; YOU PERCEIVE MY THOUGHTS FROM AFAR. YOU DISCERN MY GOING OUT AND MY LYING DOWN; YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH ALL MY WAYS. BEFORE A WORD IS ON MY TONGUE YOU KNOW IT COMPLETELY. PSALM 139:1-3

After all, YOU CREATED MY INMOST BEING; YOU KNIT ME TOGETHER IN MY MOTHER’S WOMB. I PRAISE YOU BECAUSE I AM FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE YOUR WORKS ARE WONDERFUL. ALL THE DAYS ORDAINED FOR ME WERE WRITTEN IN YOUR BOOK BEFORE ONE OF THEM CAME TO BE. PSALM 139:13,14 & 16

Yes indeed, God knows us Intimately and Loves each of us as well! SO WE KNOW AND RELY ON THE LOVE GOD HAS FOR US. GOD IS LOVE. WHOEVER LIVES IN LOVE LIVES IN GOD, AND GOD IN HIM. 1 JOHN 4:16

Therefore the next time that you feel far from God and think that He doesn’t know you exist, remember these verses. For after all your Heavenly Father truly is your closest living relative, and He Loves You very much indeed! Amen!

So, have a wonderful day remembering that God is indeed your Heavenly Father. He loves you so much and always want you so close to him.
